Terms of Service for Smart Site AI by Website Store

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Smart Site AI plugin (“the Service”) provided by Website Store, a division of Globalremix (“the Company”), the user (“You” or “Your”) hereby agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If You do not assent to these Terms, You are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue its use immediately.
2. Description of Service
The Service, known as Smart Site AI, is a proprietary software plugin designed to augment user engagement, facilitate streamlined site interactions, and provide various functionalities, including but not limited to automated customer support, language translation, games, quizzes, and interactive tutorials.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
5. Modifications to the Service
The Company reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to You.
6. Pricing and Refund Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend its pricing structure at its sole discretion and without prior notification. All transactions related to the Service are deemed final and non-refundable, except as otherwise determined by the Company.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, including any disputes arising from or pertaining thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the state of New York.
